I called ahead to ensure a wheelchair accessible room and was told I would have to upgrade to a room with a king bed because that's what was available on the ground floor. I explained why that's not ADA compliant but the person I spoke to didn't understand me and I didn't have energy to argue, so I reiterated, "if I pay for the upgrade, I can have a wheelchair accessible room on the ground floor?" and they said yes. So I booked the upgrade. I arrived day-of and they inform me they require a $100 cash deposit (odd) and only accept payment for the room via credit card. I have to go around the block go find an ATM and when I FINALLY get checked into my room, there's a 2 inch lip to even get into the room.. on the ground floor... and there's definitely not room for a wheelchair to be used in

We needed an affordable place to stay in the Bay Area close to a BART station. We found the perfect place for us.

Poor service and a rip off artist. I was charged $30 for my service dog 🐕‍🦺, I said that's illegal, so you going to charge me for a wheelchair? Same thing. Don't go. Prices are higher than advertised also.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Me and my friends made a reservation here and nowhere on the website or during the process of booking were we informed that this place is a motel, not a hotel. Several days before our flight to Oakland I had requested to check-in early because our flight was earlier in the day. When we showed up to the property, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude to us, rolled her eyes at us several times, and said we would not be able to get a room until 1:30pm, so we would have to wait 4 and a half hours. We asked if they would be able to hold our luggage and the woman took us to a random empty room of the motel and asked us to put our bags in the corner. Room are honestly quite nice & 100% clean sheets. Service is ok and unfortunately location is bad BUT that means that value for money is actually quite high (i.e. 4/5). Honestly a bit better than I expected. I was kinda worried beforehand.
