Customer Reviews
would not return here. Never saw owner or anyone working at the office. No ice, no firewood. Big dump trucks rolling by our camper all day long. Through the camp too. I had to use pliers to open and close my water valve. This place is 60 bucks a night. Should be maybe 40.
Nice campground with good size lots. We had a tent lot. Our biggest issue was the deer flies. I think it may be helped if the tent lots were mowed. There's no trees for shade but I think that may be something the campground will be working to improve on. Had coffee by the bathhouse for the first couple of days but not during the week. (We stayed from a Friday to a Friday.) Had to go to McDonald's to get my hubby his coffee after we had a coffee pot mishap with our own personal pot!😬 Showers/bathrooms were clean. Nice to have a laundry room too. Nice quiet place to stay.
Average campground. Sites are easy to get into. Bathrooms are nice and clean. The laundry room needed improvement.|No shade but big pull through sites. Nice fire rings. Friendly staff. Nothing view of any at the campground.
The pick a site when you get here policy is problematic. There are no trees. No wifi. Gravel roads kick up a lot of dust. Lots of marijuana smoking going on. No rules of any kind noted. Mostly quiet. Small amount of road noise. Good bathroom and laundry facilities. Literally, just a place to sleep.
We stayed at this campground in the past, and it keeps getting better. It's a great location for any local adventure, but we appreciate all the amenities. It's clean, fairly quiet with nice laundry and bathroom facilities. We also have reliable cell service here. The lots have been recently improved and feature pull-through with full hookups. They also have an area set aside for tents. It still a little rough in places as they establish grass/trees in some areas. All that said, this campground may not be appreciated by those who want entertainment provided by the campground hosts.
