We are stuck in the busiest hallway. We can hear EVERYONE walking past. If you book at this hotel and don’t want to hear every parent walking by yelling at their kids please request not to be stuck in any rooms in the 130s or 140s. Our rooms were not the cleanest. There are crumbs all over the floor and hand prints everywhere. With all that said, my kids had a good time. The staff were pleasant. The lady that checked us in was so nice. Please do better at cleaning. $1000 is a lot to spend on rooms to be this dirty.

was very disappointed about this place. heard good things about it so tried it for first time. The rooms were kind of small, the beds were uncomfortable I felt the springs digging into my back. the pull out bed was so small my grand son kept hanging over it. The service to get any food or drink was a joke, it was like the staff didn't understand English and took over 40 minutes to get a pizza that tasted like cardboard. they dont have a system to charge anything to your room while at water park so had to keep going to locker to get phone or credit card to purchase drinks and snacks then lock it it back up. All other water parks I have been too have you scan your wrest ban and is charged to your room. Will not be going back here again. Everything is over priced. I would recommend going to

This is our first trip here and it was a pretty good experience. This park is more for kids 12 and under. Lots of lifeguards on duty which is great for safety. I feel like the rooms, hallways and elevators need a refresh. Just kinda dingy and blah. The park is targeted toward smaller kids so I feel like the rooms and hallways should be bright and colorful. The elevators are always grimy. Found a gummy bear on the floor in our room. Went to the the little cafe( 1-31 at 12:30) in the water park and there was one lady working and she was super unfriendly , again somewhere that’s mainly kid based should have more friendly staff. The coffee hut was good, the donuts are amazing! Dave’s bbq is also really good but is pricey. The arcade is great, lots games.

Had never been to Cedar Point so I decided to take the family for a couple of days and spent one night here. Side note, don’t waste your time on cedar point if your kids are young and they aren’t fans of getting scared. We had no idea went to the park and 60% of their rides were closed (and most all of the kids attractions were closed). Lesson learned. Now on to staying at Castaway Bay.||Check-in - Arrived close to 3pm. Check-in was smooth, only waited a few minutes and the lady at the front desk was kind and professional. Got our room even though we arrived before our 4pm check-in time.||The Room - The room was above average. Was it tired? Yes. But it seemed clean which was better than previous reviews I had read. The kids loved the fact that they got to sleep in bunk beds. The bunk beds
