Cascade Inn Motel

I was merely dropping off a person that lives there from my work although there was only access from a one-way Street and the person I was dropping off did not display any issues with their living arrangements there

Was given a room with 2 beds. Was told if we used one of the beds we would be charged for it. This is that type of place. Also. Lights were broken in room and didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Incredibly dirty. Way too much mold in the bathroom. Uncomfortable beds. Just book anywhere else.

The woman at the front desk was nice. The only positive thing here. I understand that this is a budget hotel but this was the creepiest motel. The room was not cleaned in the SLIGHTEST. They merely made the bed and called it a day. There was stains all over the pillows and sheets. One of the pillows had BLOOD. The mattress felt like a rubbery hell storm. There was a gooey slim by the front door. The hotel lighting had one fluorescent light which gave it a mental institution feel. Please understand that this is not an exaggeration. I never leave bad reviews. Save yourself and your money from this nightmare.

This hotel was discriminatory in allowing me to stay, after driving 8+ hours to bed we arrived at a moderately priced budget hotel. When I spoke with the women at the front desk I declared that we had a small service animal, the woman proceeded to tell me that they did not accept service animals even though their Google buisness listing shows them as pet friendly. The front desk attendant then stated that they followed their own laws and didn't have to comply with federal laws, then questioned and demanded that we had to provide documentation proving that our dog was a service animal which is against federal law. ADA anti discrimination policy. After being told that my booking would not be refunded we were charged the full amount and unable to stay. Very disappointed with the discriminati

The staff were very friendly, but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. Very poor lightning -only one wall light for the whole room- and the entire room only had one outlet...so don't bring anything that needs to be plugged in. Lol! But it's a warm bed, four walls and a roof for a decent price.
