Absolutely enchanting place to stay! The location is perfect—centrally located and within easy walking distance to nearby attractions. The highlight of our stay was TREY at check-in. He welcomed us like family and truly made our experience exceptional. His friendliness and professionalism set the tone for a wonderful visit. Highly recommend staying here—5 stars all the way! And TREY definitely deserves a raise! ❤️❤️❤️

Casa Monica - our 4th trip to St Augustine and our 4th stay at Casa Monica. There’s nothing negative I can possibly say about our experience. ||Parking is valet but the location is so convenient that you never have to take your car out. Rooms are super clean. Service is top notch. There’s no other place I will ever try to compare cause this place wins.||And when you come outside….just check the pics

we had a phenomenal stay, the check in was a bit tough (no fault of them) but we had absolutely amazing help and service from Jewel. She truly made it so much more enjoyable and did everything she could to assist us in our own little mix up. It was my birthday and just at check in she made me feel welcomed and celebrated. She’s the best!!!!

This was my first time visiting St. Augustine, and my fiancé booked this hotel for our stay. I believe it's one of the oldest hotels in the area, yet its in excellent condition. There's definitely history here. We truly enjoyed our time here, and the location couldn't have been better. Everything was within walking distance, including attractions, shops and restaurants. Valet parking was convenient, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Out room was extremely vlea , and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. I usually don't like hotel beds because they tend to hurt my back, but I had no issues at all during this stay. This visit was unforgettable, and I hope to return again soon.
