I stayed here for one week. During my stay I experienced several issues, including cleanliness concerns, inconsistent WiFi, and intermittent hot water but that’s to be expected from previous reviews. The most concerning issue occurred when I attempted to extend my stay. I was informed there was a note on my account not to renew. This occurred shortly after I asserted my rights regarding my psychiatric service dogs. These are trained service animals related to a disability. There is even a sign posted in the lobby regarding permitted service animal procedures, and the manager did not follow the instructions set out in the notice (pictured) I have reported the situation to the appropriate ADA compliance authorities for review. This place is absolutely horrible, including all of the management, housing keeping was okay, management was completely terrible and disgusting to my grandmother, we were here for a week and it felt like the worst 7 days of my life. A man who claimed to be the manger kept harassing me to leave on the last day of my stay. Roaches were HORRENDOUS, they’re aware their property violates many health codes. Many health care professionals and managers have been reported due to reluctant and often hostile actions. Definitively never come here unless you appreciate your disabled family being disrespected!!!

It's very basic. Many rooms have the white powder around the walls, behind the beds, under the sink so I'm taking that there was bed bugs once upon a time. The tv's are from the 90's the blankets were itchy. I sat up most of the night. If I didn't forget the key to my house I wouldn't have waited to go home. I had to wait. People live there so there is kids running up and down and pass your room. The best thing is the chick-fil-a is walking distance next door.

Place is infested with roaches, bed spreads had burn holes and lint balls all over, the ceiling was peeling and the remote didn't have batteries. Was told that I couldn't get clean towels on Saturdays and Thursdays because they don't do laundry on them days. House keeping was knocking on the door at 9am when check out isn't until 11! Definitely wouldn't recommend

I haven't stayed at this hotel. I was searching for one, but as soon as I saw the reviews i was like o hell naw.I just have to ask. If it's roach infested why are people still paying to stay there? Either make management handle the issue or stop going.
