Cape Cod Hotel

I made a reservation for one night at this location and was placed in a pet room that was not cleaned, there were stains on the bed, bugs in the bed, mold in the shower, and the room was musty and smelled very unpleasant. We were unable to complete our one night stay due to the, frankly negligent, conditions and you guys have not gotten back to me to discuss anything, other than flat out refusing to offer any refund or remedy of some sort - without even talking to me yet! This is unacceptable - both the standard of care of the hotel and the actions of your local management and customer service. I have tried reaching out to Best Western customer service to no avail.

As a VIP member I mistakenly believed that meant something. Our room was like a matchbox, no room for our luggage and very little room to even move around. There were 3 of us and a 5 lb. dog. We have traveled a lot and usually with our family dog with few issues. At our Cape Cod Best Western we asked for a different room and that decision can only be made by the manager who wasn't there. When asked if we could speak to the manager we were told no. We were continues to be told the manager comes and goes as he feels and even when he's there guests can't talk to him. Needless to say, we are looking to stay somewhere else. Best Western Plus; please don't go by the name. Customer service is gone and it's quite sad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon arriving at the Best Western Cape Cod Hotel in Hyannis for a week long family vacation, there was nothing impressive about the hotel except that there were two entrances to the parking lot on two different roads. Ease of access off of busy roads. Although I am a BW member, I booked through Hotels.com and saw the amenities included heated pool, hot tub/spa, a restaurant and the facility is non-smoking. The photos showed a large room and a roomy bathroom tub. The small space for the commode was not included.||Two rooms were booked in May for an August arrival. The rooms were not the cleanest, bugs near ceiling in a corner, cigarette burn in the carpet, and a lack of sufficient towels and toilet paper for both rooms. We had to request daily housekeeping for clean towels, vacuuming,

I don't recommend this hotel, the hotel is under construction with a lot of noise, dirt and they still smoke marijuana bothering the guests and the hotel doesn't tell the people who make the reservation about the work. There is no jacuzzi available and the pool water is dirty with sludge at the bottom. On the website it says daily cleaning in the room, they don't clean, they don't change towels or sheets. The photos of the hotel in the booking are not up to date, they put us in rooms outside the hotel which is horrible to have to cross in the cold, if I knew I would never have booked this hotel because in the booking photos they only show a photo of the front of the hotel and I didn't even imagine that the rooms were like this. I specially went in before booking to be sure there was a hot tub- front desk assured me there was one- then I booked the room- the hot tub was colder than the pool- and had been for over 24 hours according to other guests.
