Holiday Inn should be ashamed. Worst place ever. Not only are the grounds littered with cigarette butts must have been a tobacco party and other trash. The rooms are very old. Informed your room only gets cleaned after 8 days. And I am guessing it doesn’t matter if anyone has been in it for 8 days. Windows are all finger printed, floors not clean, have to go across to the other building to get fresh towels after being there for 5 days. Have to take your own trash out at the end of the hall we were told. We had the 2 bedroom with kitchen. One plate, two forks, no sponge to wash the one dish to share between 4 people. Sofa pull out was broken. Had to put the sofa mattress on the floor. No phone in the room to call front desk. Phone is in the hallway. So a call to the front desk at midni

When we pulled up I was feeling nervous. When we figured out where check-in was, I was even more nervous. Then, the lady at the desk was very friendly and was able to give us a room that suited our special requests. It didn’t take long at all to get our keys and check out the room. It was your typical suite with convenient kitchen, closet, and bathroom. I wish the kitchen had been maintained just a little better but we were only staying one night and didn’t need it that badly. I was nervous that I’d smell a lot of smoke or hear a lot of noise but it turned out to be a very nice stay. I would definitely stay again and recommend this facility for the STL area. There was no elevator which did not bother us but for someone who cannot use stairs, I’d make sure to make a special request.

The employees that works here was so helpful courteous and polite. Smiling every time I went in the office. Someone took a picture of the hallway. The wind blew in some leaves. There is nothing they can do about but vacuum everyday. Which the cleaning service did that when they were there. My cat ran under the bed when I was ready to check out. The maintenance man came and found where she was hiding The manager was very nice. Free laundry was great. It’s wonderful You don’t have to pay for the washer or dryers. I felt they had everything you need in the kitchen. There was another lady that came to the door to check out. She was so polite and we talked for a little bit. I wish I could remember her name. Hotel is a little old/dated but gets the job done for a long stay (kitchen even has an oven!) Nice gym, free laundry services and seems to be a great location with plenty around for shopping, groceries and restaurants. This hotel earns like 700 stars in my opinion though for their stellar customer service!!! I travel for work, spent 75 nights last year in a hotel and I have to say this team is hands down the absolute best people of all the hotels I’ve stayed in!!! Everyone has been so easy to work with, willing to get us in for an early check in when we arrived to town at 6am and so friendly, helpful and understanding to some special accommodation requests with my recent stay. I will stay here again for sure!!

I am completely blown away at the result of my recent stay. They TOOK $250 out of my account with ZERO notification, "proof", complaints, etc. They claim I smoked in the room. I DO NOT smoke. PERIOD. How on earth can people basically steal your money, no ethics, just because they can? It seems these days that once a business get the digits, it's anything goes. And furthermore, how can I prove I don't smoke? To make a long story shorter, I stayed there a couple weeks ago and liked it so much, I went back again for another stay. And had an almost Total Opposite experience. Half of the things that were supposed to be in the room were missing. So, I advised the front desk and got towels, hangers, and a laundry hamper which were the basics and I left it alone, even though the room smelled like
