The hotel is located in a rather poor area. There are constantly people walking around outside, which made the surroundings feel uncomfortable. Most likely for this reason, the hotel uses a key-card system for the elevators, so it’s impossible to access the guest floors without a card. The large number of security cameras throughout the property also stood out to me and only confirmed my impression that the area is not very safe. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in was easy and smooth. The room itself was very nice, with plenty of storage space, everything well thought out, and it was clear that housekeeping made an effort to keep it clean. Upon arrival , Lawanda was very helpful as accommodating to help us learn the surrounding area. The room was comfy and clean. I slept like a baby! Matthew and Tiffany service was a lasting one as departing the hotel with a smile and laughter.

The hotel was very nice. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was great! The rooms were clean overall, although the kitchen floor could have used a good sweep and mop. The beds were comfortable. The temperature was good, but humid.

Room smells weird but not necessarily bad. Don't stay here if you will be long enough that you have to do laundry. Yes they have washers but after 4 hours of drying with three different dryers my clothes are still wet. And now there is a backup of people trying to dry their clothes bc the washers work but dryers do not.

I wish I could give them zero starts because even one start is being too generous. Save yourself the time and headache! We were loyal customers until recently they started getting slack with their booking! Plus once they did get our booking right we were placed in a room with bed bugs and roaches with no running water! Very Ghetto
