Candlewood Suites Boise - Towne Square by IHG

Perfect place to stay especially if you have appts at St als in Boise. Great hospital rates and sign up for their rewards. I've stayed many places in Boise but candlewood estates is the absolute best. Beautiful rooms,fluffy towels,pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner,body wash and hand soap. Kitchenette with ceramic top stove full fridge even dishwasher and all utensils and pots and pans. Comfortable beds with four full pillows on each bed.Mini store and weight room. Staff is excellent!! Thank you candlewood estates for a wonderful stay at times that are stressful

Everything is perfect and the gals at the front desk were awesome. Very knowledgeable and good at their jobs. They both deserves a raise and/or a move to management. Just saying take care of awesome employees. Great place good price and good staff.

Checking in I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed as I walked through the door. I was quickly checked in and was given the layout of the amenities of the hotel. The room was very clean and welcoming. I enjoyed a bag of popcorn and a movie while doing some work while easily being connected to the WiFi service provided. The bed was comfortable and I felt at home at my stay.

It was clean and cozy. However the conditioner bottle was actually shampoo and the lotion bottle next to sink was also shampoo. My morning shower was Luke warm at best. When I went to the front desk there was a line and no desk clerk to be seen. I originally tried to book through super on line for a discount but it didn't accept it so we went in and paid 100 instead of 79 then I checked my bank and super also charged but quickly refunded me the 79. There s also 100$ hold on your account for up to 10 business days.

Had a great experience at this location. Shout out to Zach at reception who provided the best customer service I've had in years. He helped me navigate a kerfuffle where we had booked the wrong date and seemed invested in easing my stress. The room was great with good beds, lots of fluffy pillows, and welcoming for my dog as well. Highly recommend.
