BudgetStay Suites

I'm upset with Bobby who works there I thought we were even good acquaintances I spent $300 cash for a week as a deposit spent over $500 for the week not happy with this demeanor yelling at me . I will never go back . It's not professional . Money is not an issue I just not going to accept the treatment. He refused to give me back my cash deposit . I know for a fact it's way cleaner than videos he showed me from other people retaliating I wonder why ! Do not go there you'll feel like you're being robbed for a dirty place already. Don't waste your money find your own home fast you'll be paying the same price a month not worth $1,800 month! This is for real not a joke look and see for yourself ! Keep your hard earn money ! Don't waste your time !

The owner is about his business (but also has a great sense of humor)and makes sure that his customers are happy during their stay. There are daily and weekly rooms. Weekly rooms are affordable for their size. It's quiet and there isn't loitering, people hanging out or trash around the property. Very nice place to stay!

It goes against the grain for me to leave even one star for this NIGHTMARE MOTEL.||||We were in Arlington on business and when our meeting ran many hours longer than anticipated we needed to find a place to stay. Unfortunately for us, there was some kind of major weekend event and every reputable place we called was booked solid.||This one, off the major highway, had plenty of rooms to spare.............||||We pulled in, anxious to lay down and sleep in our "suite".||||This BudgetStay Suites, in my opinion, was the single worst place I have ever stayed, in the entire United States, and that is saying something because I have stayed in some horrible places over the last 6 decades of traveling.||||Budgetstay Suites "amenities" include the following:||NO in-room microwave||NO in-room refriger

POOR customer service. My recommendation is to NOT stay here. The guy who runs it is extremely rude, I told him I have a service animal and he demanded to see my paperwork which by law I don’t have to provide. I also reported this company to the better business bureau. Take your business elsewhere!

I checked in to my room, walked in the door, and it was like 105°. The A/C was completely off. I turned it on full blast, and it was still unbearable 3 hours later. I ended up just moving the entire mattress to right in front of the A/C (in the living room/kitchen area) so I could sleep. I get trying to save money on electricity, but this was ridiculous. Room was very poorly cleaned, and there was a dead roach near the table. Bedroom window didn't close all the way, and there is apparently a railroad very close by, or at least that's what it sounded like. There was a little black curly hair on the towels. I think on my next trip, I will just pay a little more for a decent room somewhere else. Only reason location got 2 stars is because it was within a couple miles of six flags.
