Price is too high for what's offered but location and staff make up for it. Professional and accommodating as well as informative. Wi-Fi is a dumpster fire and vending is reasonably priced and offers a fair selection. On site coin laundry is also affordable and the change machine for bills does work and is always in service. The showers were mediocre at best with hot water being unpredictable though water pressure is a consistent win. Room had a draft that the wall AC/Heat unit could not compete with but the bed was warm and comfortable enough centered in front of a generously sized television

Positive: "" Negative: Arrived at hotel at 8 pm hotel room wasn't ready. Then it took 30 mins for someone to finally open the hotel room door because the key had to be reprogrammed. Hassle getting into room.

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The TV would not work. Called the front desk to have someone come and check the TV but no one came. The floors were dirty And was just overall bad quality Called back to talk with the manager, and she was extremely rude very demeaning and made it my fault that the quality of their rooms was so poor. Refused to give a refund because she said I should have checked out within 30 minutes of being there When I asked to speak with the general manager, she hung up On me. When I called back, she hung up on me again I was treated very poorly and absolutely will not return to this hotel, and I highly recommend that no one else stays or gives their money to this business You will not be treated as a gu

As a quick preface, I am by no means a complainer and pretty easy going. ||When I first arrived, the back courtyard reminded me of The Wire. Shady characters near/within the complex and homeless hang out nearby. Unless you lived in a bad neighborhood previously like myself, you won't be comfortable. If my family was with me, we would have left. ||The complex as a whole is not clean at all. The public project hallways smell of urine and are not clean. My room had a trash can with old syrup/chewing tobacco inside. Insects, smoke odor room, stained sheets/towels, rigged everything. Shower temperature was very sensitive and changed from hot to scolding hot.||If there weren't insects and cleaning issues, this complex would be worth the price to get an inexpensive night of sleep, despit

There are people who upload photos that are really a lie... it is not a lie that before there was no security and the cleaning staff was not adequate... lose 2025 this hotel has wonderful staff The maintenance team is restoring rooms... cameras and a staff working surveillance in the area to avoid strangers... laundry place changing bed linen... it is an ace price Acceptable...and in general the staff is new...manager with character Anna...a business is moving forward. Kisses to everyone, I hope the BBQ area is ready soon. Don't look at the past, enjoy what you will achieve with love every day.
