Excellent Stay Under New Management! I had a wonderful stay at this motel! You can really tell it’s under new management — everything feels fresh, clean, and well cared for. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. It’s clear the new owners are putting a lot of effort into improving the place, and it really shows. The atmosphere was relaxed and safe, and the rates were very reasonable for the quality of service. I’ll definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and well-managed place to stay!

I am not sure where to begin as this will be one of the worst reviews I have ever composed. I suppose I'll begin where I checked in my room, enter said room and sit on the bed. I did not deadbolt it immediately (my error) the maid proceeds to use her key to come in to replace towels. Keep in mind this is at 3:30 PM. Ok, honest mistake. The room is filthy, there are still remnants of someone writing profanity on the mirror with a green permanent marker, the jacuzzis tub is probably infested with every disease known to man, the paint is peeling everywhere, there is an empty toilet paper roll on the back of the toilet and a half used one stuffed into a literal hole in the wall, and the smell is what nightmares are made of. I had a wonderful stay at Budgetel Inn on Gordon Highway. The rates were very budget-friendly, especially considering the quality of service. The rooms were clean, spacious, and surprisingly comfortable for the price. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value and excellent service in Augusta!

Attendant was rude. There was a thin blanket on the bed with sheet but no duvet on the bed. The tv remote was busted up. Plugs were covered and found out because they didn't work. They promote continental breakfast but no breakfast put out. When asked about it Attendant (different one) bit my head off about. Was given one room key even though 2 people checked in when asking for a 2nd key was told it'd be $2 for an extra key. When asked about extra towels was told it would be an extra $10. When asked about an extra blanket cause of how thin the blanket was told it would be an additional $20 so just went out and bought extra bedding and towels. Already paid $87 for the room not gonna keep dishing out more money for the absolute bare minimum when everything that I asked about is the standard

The best comfortable hotel ever! The staff is courteous and helpful! The housekeepers were wonderful! The property is nice and clean! The rooms were clean and the I really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the room! Nice big HD TV, and I would recommend everyone to stay here!!! I could go on and on!
