Budget Saver Motel

I stayed here for a couple weeks when I was between places. Rooms were comfortable and clean; the only things of real import to me. They're utilitarian, but not low effort, they've put the time in to do the essentials right. The staff were great, both helpful and attentive. I didn't have any problems I needed to bother them with, but any time I had a question or request they helped me exactly how I needed. The location is great, not far off exit 15 and right by 15th street on Sherman. You can get anywhere in town without trouble from there. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially for the price.

Im happy to recommend this hotel. Very reasonable prices, new renovations and new beds. I was the lucky first guest in the room i was given. Quiet despite being right on Sherman Ave. about a block walk to a wonderful breakfast at “Jimmy’s Down the Street”. |When I was tired, crabby from driving and I whined about being set upstairs, the fabulous front desk person immediately jumped in to haul my overweight suitcase up the stairs for me, a real gentleman. |Nice people working hard to upgrade the hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

Positive: I have stayed here 3 or 4 times. The rooms are very basic, but always clean. Suits my purpose fint Negative: Last Visit, I stayed in room 107. Whomever was in the room above me (I believe it was a family member of the owner) Got up at 5:30 and literally STOMPED every step she took for 45 minutes before she left the room. Woke me up and kept me up.

A corrupt business that should be avoided. I was charged twice. I called repeatedly requesting to speak to someone that could help me. "The owner is out of town, the accountant isn't available..." I left over 20 messages to have someone help me. No one was willing to. I followed up with my bank to dispute the charge and still wasn't refunded because they weren't willing to comply with them. If the owner reads this and would like to finally make it right, I would love a call. This is from July 2024.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable and clean. The location was great. All in all great place. I had a great stay for an extremely affordable price.
