Budget Motel

Owner charged my credit card & told me credit card machine doesn't work but after I refused to pay again so I called the police. They then gave me a key.Went to the room water was all on the floor,shower backed up no wifi.They switched me to another room,samething.They wanted to switch me to another room but I ask for a refund and they refused. Police arrived and told me it me I would have to sue because it was a civil matter.I moved to the 3rd room(had no choice) and this is the worst motel in longview.Refigerator filthy,i have pictures too.Dont waste your money.The management know what they are doing .It's false advertising & a scam

It's a bad Motel the rooms are not decent they got paint peeling off in the shower's half the showers are clogged up there was roaches in the rooms the room I was in the heater worked on one setting in low so the room stayed cold the fridge froze everything including the drinks there were holes in the walls. And the motel lady makes the renters work that's not how a motel is suppose to be

This motel is very nasty it not clean the refrigerator and microwave is nasty the bathroom is like some one left out of there the room is very small the bed looks like some one just slept in it it doesn't deserve 5 Star not even a star

It's affordable and after 30 days I'm considered a resident by law, the people are nice to me and everything I need is in a convenient location, Kroger's just up the road, and a tire shop is right across the street and to the left right next door is a gas station, so yes I do rate this motel 5 stars easily.

Very nice tenants and front desks clerks. Very clean environment!!! High speed fiber internet, flat screen tv, new appliances, newly renovated, and very friendly manager !!! Call Nayana for a stay we love it at the budget inn.
