Budget Inn of America

Upon walking into the Budget Inn of America, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. A gentleman names Sam was willing to understand when listening to me help a kind woman find a place to stay for the night out of the rain. The room was very clean despite a crack on the mirror but other than that it was a comfortable visit. Thank you staff for all your hospitality. If you are looking for a few days of rest and in town of Medford, Oregon. It's about just 2 blocks away from the Rouge Valley Transfer Station on Front Street. Take a look at the Budget Inn of America.

The location is definitely the highlight of this property, as it is convenient to the downtown area. However, that is the only positive about the property. The room had holes in the wall, the fire alarm was covered by a hand towel, there was no cable running from the cable box to the TV, the fan in the bathroom was broken and falling out of the wall, and the shampoo seemed to be watered down. In addition, at the time there was a local mandate in place requiring masking indoors and recommending it outdoors; at no time were the staff wearing masks, neither outside nor indoors. If this were not a quick overnight stop on a longer trip I would have asked for a refund.

This place is not even good for the money they charge . The washroom sink was overflowing. There were flies in the room. The toilet seat was broken The soaps provided were mere pieces of rock...no lather... I would recommend you to chk the room before you finalize it...

Great value for the money. For about 10% more than a Motel 6, you’ll get twice the value. Nice, well equipped rooms (microwave, refrigerator and the air conditioner works great). Clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and good service at the front desk. I’ve stayed at 3 other comparable motels in and around Medford. This one offers the best value.
