Lobby staff and house keeping should not barge in room. They should not take the finances of others with out permission and harass them about the stay when they pay their money for two weeks or better ; their identity, especially when you have to pay 350$ / per week .

They never wash the top blanket don't give room services towels and wash cloth are dirty the refrigerators don't work half the rooms and omg the smell the king size beds with them filthy pull out beds in the rooms doors barely work none locks omg send someone they try to give there best rooms and it's still some bs too it y'all need to look into them and shut there ass down

Front desk staff was kind and professional. Room was clean and air in working condition. Door security could use upgrade. Overall, if you need somewhere to stay while passing through, I believe this place will accommodate.

Sheets had stains on them, room had a bad smell to it. I left after a few mins of being in the room, and was not able to get a full refund on the room i didnt stay in.

The only reason we stayed here was because every hotel in the area was booked up due to Hurricane Helene at the time. We had to stay somewhere for work that was nearby. The rooms felt dirty. We didn’t feel comfortable going to sleep till we washed the bed sheets. The area didn’t feel safe. We were here for a week and as the days went by we kind of adjusted to the place and were fine with it. We tried to pay for a month but they wouldn’t let us. We had to go pay every morning. We eventually left the place and found something better with more amenities
