Broadway Inn

We stayed for one night on a road trip and this met our needs! The front desk lady was super sweet and helpful, the rooms and area were clean, they are pet/animal friendly as well! Provide the basic Continental breakfast, nothing crazy, my only complaint is that the mattresses are very old, loud springs, and very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than that it worked well for what we needed and the price point isn’t bad!

Positive: Friendly front desk employee Negative: 5/8 bed pillows was covered with hair where all bedding wasn't changed, lamp didn't work, bathroom floor didn't look to be cleaned. Hotel not updated with old smell and patchwork fixes. Very noisy with slamming doors, sound of maid carts @ 3 am.

My room was recently renovated and was very nice and comfortable. I think they are going through the hotel and slowly renovating all the rooms.||I would have given them 5 stars except for my experience at their free breakfast. I entered the breakfast room at 9:00 AM and they were out of almost everything including coffee. A man working there seemed surprised to find out that both of the large urns were empty even though they both had glass tubes that displayed how much, or in this case how little, coffee was in them. He said it would be about 10 minutes before more would be ready. I went back to my room, made a small cup with my in room coffee maker and returned a few minutes later.||When I returned I realized there really wasn’t much of anything left. This is a clean hotel off the interstate but worth the few extra miles to get to. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms have comfortable beds and full amenities.

Rooms are nice, you dont hear people in other rooms, but hall and outdoor traffic could be muffled out more. Service is great and understanding. Location is a bit far from all the shopping areas, not bad with a vehicle, but far for walking.
