Boise Inn

I stayed here because of its proximity to where I had to be. It is inexpensive, the hallways smell like an ashtray but the room didn't smell like it. The morning I was leaving I got a call about ten minutes before checkout asking if I was staying another day. They weren't busy he was just trying to rush me out. ||Overall it's an inexpensive place, convenient location, it was quiet so if you want to save some money it's a decent bet.

The Indian lady at the front desk was very rude and impatient. When my husband and I went to get under the blankets, the sheets were very damped/wet and smelt like heavy bleach. The room was very cold and when my husband tried turning on the heater, it didn’t work. We didn’t want anything fancy or luxurious, we just wanted a comfortable and friendly place to stay. We got in at 2am and literally left at 8am the same day. We booked for two nights, but will not be staying there ever again. I would NOT recommend.

I suddenly lost my home at an odd hour of the night. I’ve never had to check into a hotel unexpectedly at an inopportune hour and the staff was kind and welcoming. The Boise Inn provided me with the shelter that I needed and I’m thankful for that.

Older, simple, large, clean, dog friendly rooms with mini fridge and microwave.The best thing about this place is the Boise green belt is right across the street where you can walk your dog and yourself for miles along the tree covered Boise River. The other great thing is that owner’s are extremely friendly and accommodating.

The towels would barely fit around an infant. The shower heads are like at 4 feet. The smell in the halls was not attractive. Fortunately the rooms don't have that problem. I would not pay to stay here unless improvements are made. It is a great location next to the river.
