Bluelake Inn

My husband & I have been staying at the Bluelake Inn every time we see a concert at the lake for the past few years. They always increase the prices when there's concerts, which is expected for the little motels close to the venue as it's walking distance to everything. It's the perfect little spot for an overnight stay. It has air conditioning for those warmer summer nights at the lake. We always try to get the King Suite w/ Jacuzzi for a little extra space, and were successful this last time. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. While we don't have a need for the pool on our quick trips up there, we've yet to see that actually open as an FYI for people looking for that. The staff is always very friendly and we'll definitely be back.

Good no frills motel. Very close to heavenly gondola. One minor issue was AC heater was not heating up the room sufficiently. So felt cold during the night. Hope that is fixed.

Loved our two day visit here, the manager Randy was very friendly and helpful with our needs. We stayed on the first floor, room was very comfortable and included a table for two, a desk, mini fridge, microwave, TV and coffee maker. Shower has a cool disperser with shampoo, conditioner and body wash, ice machine, vending and guest laundry is by the pool are which was closed for our visit. Everything to do is walkable including Casinos in NV and Gondola ride in Cali lol, you are right in the village and beach is just 2 blocks west from the INN. Can't go wrong with this INN.

A very affordable and a great stay for a couple. It’s very close to all major South Lake Tahoe locations with plenty of options for food and shopping. Highly recommended for short stays
