Well managed. Half of the homes are vintage and really need to be removed but very peaceful here and quiet. The only thing I do not like is the constant plant and tree debris huge trash cans that dot the driveways since they are always full with stuff spilling out and placed haphazardly and never put away out of sight. Makes it look junky. But the peace upshot’s that small nuisance.
It's a cute little community with a country feel.
They need a club house. Nothing there.
