Interesting building. Easy access after hours with door codes, as we were there after front desk staff had left. Nice view of the intracoastal. You'd better like your partner because the bed was extremely concaved, rolling you toward the center. No coffee machines in the room as advertised. Breakfast was continental, with the only warm food coming from the toaster. Quality if the food was good, but limited.

Imagine booking a hotel on New Year’s Eve in a unique and beautiful town you have never been in…. St Augustine Fl. After the payment and booking has been made, they tell you that they don’t have hot water…. But then offer you a 50% discount to keep the reservation. We thought that was reasonable and decided to try it out. Then to realize after dinner, we not only do we not have hot water, ee don’t have any heat in our room. Caisley, Via our text messages, apologized for not having the hot water and heat. On Jan 2nd, I inquired about the credit they were gonna offer us and said that it was gonna take 5 to 7 business days for booking to credit us back. We never received such credit at all. All charges have been disputed on my end. I pride myself on great customer service and never lie

The room was clean and we had no problems trying to communicate with the staff or checking in. The bed is actually loud as the reviews say but I guess it comes with the old Victorian style. Our biggest complain is that the windows had only blinds and no curtain, and there is also a big window completely uncovered, at 6am we were awake and it was impossible to sleep again. Room was also smaller than we expected but that was not a problem. Jacuzzi was nice, clean and working perfectly 🥰

Found a great deal on a room here so we gave it a shot and what a wonderful find the decor is a Asian themed romantic beauty. Balconies and a fountain ⛲️ the beds are comfy. We liked it so much we decided to stay a extra night and got the last available room it was lovely also. Looking forward to our next adventure here when we come back!
