Blackjack Inn South Lake Tahoe

Stayed for a night and the room was comfortable, heating and cooling worked well and everything was clean and well maintained. Rooms were nice and quiet given it's almost on the main street.

Clean. Modern finish to room. Comfortable bed. No coffee/tea facilities in room although available from reception in morning. Smaller room but fine for our one night stay.

Great service, there is hot chocolate packs, tea and coffee at reception. Room is clean. However, room is slightly small and it is difficult to find space to open luggage on the floor. Bathroom is cold, maybe cold air was coming through the ventilator. Air condition/heater is efficient, but air flow is too strong even at low fan setting.

We had come into town late at night with a weekend rental reservation somewhere for our honeymoon. The rental fell through last minute which then led us without a place to stay. We called around and there were no openings because of a big event happening in town. We called this motel, and the owner gave us a great deal on a room with a king bed for the night. They were almost fully booked. She also allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot the next day till we figured out what our plan was. She was so amazing!! Thank you again for helping us in our time of need, for a very nice room (they were very impressive!), for the parking, great coffee, and your kindness! Please stay here, they are truly wonderful. ❤️

My mother-in-law made the reservation as we were traveling with 2 other adults and my family of 4 (2 kids) Upon checking in the woman noticed the kids and the type of room my MIL reserved for us she upgraded our room with no charge so the kids could have bunk beds which they LOVED. She was kind and full of great suggestions for activities and restaurants. The room was clean and newly updated. Each room has a small refrigerator and microwave. We will be staying here again.
