Black Diamond at Eagles Nest

Beautiful property at Eagles Nest. Front side of the mountain makes for easy access and exit to town. Very close to the amphitheater so the concerts are easily accessible, which is such a fun and unexpected perk. House is brand new and wasily accommodates our 3 familes (12 people) without feeling cramped.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful mountain home twice now—most recently over the Fourth of July weekend—and it just gets better every time! The home is nestled in the Eagle Nest community and offers absolutely stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and top-notch amenities. The house itself is thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for 2–3 families to spread out and relax. Everything is well-stocked, beautifully maintained, and clearly designed with guests in mind—from the cozy furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. We especially loved the neighborhood features, including hiking trails, scenic overlooks, and community amenities that added so much to our stay. Amazing house in a breathtaking community! The house was wonderful for multiple families with great comfy beds and lots of space to hang out. We loved the hot tub, porches and the views! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay and can't wait to go back!

Had a wonderful time at the Black Diamond! This home was impeccably clean and furnished with everything that we could possible need for our stay. The onsite dining was incredible (Epic Chophouse was delish and really reasonably priced), and we were so happy to catch a concert hosted by the community at the Great Camp during our visit. From all the activities offered at Eagles Nest to simply enjoying happy hour Chardonnay off the main balcony, this place was luxurious- we cannot wait to return!
