Birch Hill Suites - Lakeland

This place was a nightmare. The woman at the front desk did try her best but that's the only good thing I have to say. The room was filthy. The floor was sticky. There were roaches. There was no shower curtain. No towels. Our check in time was 3pm but we didn't arrive until after 8pm and there were no pillows. You could hear people talking outside at all hours of the night. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and only stayed one. And the only reason I stayed is because my kids were snoring after a long day of loading up our belongings and moving to a different city.

Nice little place off I-4 in Lakeland. The rooms have a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, sink and a mini stove. Everything was nice and clean when I arrived. I came in late and the office manager was still able to help me get checked in. Perfect for a weekend or couple day get away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my husband decided to take a vacation to see my family. We had to bring our fur babies with us and my mom's dog doesn't do well with other dogs so we decided to get a motel. Now ofc for the price we weren't expecting anything fancy. However, we did expect to at least not have to deal with an INFESTED ROOM and BLACK MOLD ON THE WALLS. We absolutely could not stay there. So we asked for a refund. This has been an insane process. Every time we try to get information on our refund the staff continues to say that it needs to go through the manager but magically the manager is never there. I have called every single day since we have been here. If we didn't have my parents (and it's been difficult with all the dogs not liking each other) we would have had

This place is a NASTY, FILTHY DUMP! I viewed the room and they showed me a room that was not clean. The bed had so much dirt on it, cramped dirty bathroom and kitchenette area. JUST DISGUSTING 🤮
