There is always cops at someone's house. Had someone pull a gun on me ! Trashy yards and trailers that are falling apart! Park manager not so great either! Wait till you try to sell you mobile home you will find out yourself!
Worst place on the planet to live the water treatment plant it personally ran and they use chlorine tablets to purify the water.tye have raised the lot rent every 6 months over the last two years and the park manager is a joke to say the least...beware of this place as many have left and many more will leave.
Place is so noisy you never get sleep. Drugs everywhere. Can't wait to move out.
Ice lived there for 8 years. It can be a nice place to live as long as you don't make friends with the wrong people. The park is working on making it a better place. I just sold my home and the new owner enjoys the park
