My lifelong buddy Cap'n has hunted with Ben since 2015 and brought me along for my first time with them back in 2017. We had some excellent walks for pheasant then. Steer clear of this outfitter. He doesn’t think bad weather and airline cancellations warrant a reschedule or refund. Will keep your deposit. As you can tell by his reply he doesn’t listen to your explanation either. There were no options. The last flight into Wichita out of DFW would have been gone after my first leg was delayed. He actually told me I should have rented a truck (another $1500) or bought travel insurance. So he’s a travel advisor also. Basically just wanted to steal my deposit. Steer clear of the guy.
