Sunflower Inn

Trash to the max. Very rude over the phone and not transparent about the rates but expects guests to come find out from the rude boy face to face at the front desk. I'll take the OYO room instead. There's really something to be said for being kind and transparent over the phone. It might earn you business.

There is two new mangers there that kept everything quiet when I stayed. You could here someone sneeze it was so quiet. The room I stayed was clean and everything worked. The managers let me know at check-in the housekeeping run down and it was done the two weeks I was there. If I needed something just had to ask and there was no problem getting it. Would recommend staying there again in the future if the hotel stays the same with the quietness of it and the great staff.

This is the most lowest and beyond of all stays here or anywhere!!! First, got harassed by hpd finest as parking infront to check on room availability, along with having “payment accepted types” posted at the door, all 3 was 100% wrong. The lady working the desk that night was extremely rude about Everything sending my bf on 2 “blank missions” to find a working ATM to pay 45$ for a room on the 3rd floor that was mildew and disgusting, NO TV at all, NO running water, along with NO heat or anything in there with birds and other “critters” living in there. Paying upfront a 50$$ Extra Deposit for the night. We immediately let the other staff there come in and see all the damage and took pics and did absolutely nothing about it!!! This motel is the most disgusting place I have ever experienced. The room was sooooo dirty. The chair I wouldnt let my dog set it in. We was so scared to even put out bags on the floor. We didn't even sleep as the sheets had stains all over them. In the hall way the ceiling was hanging down. The people that work there and that hang around are are very scary. This place needs to be shut down.

My stay at the Sunflower Inn was pleasant with staff interacting on a friendly and respectful personal level. This was much appreciated. The price was great, the key deposit was a little high, but understandable to insure rooms are taken care of. The room was clean, provided with hygiene products, and comfortable. I also appreciated that the staff were cognizant of conserving electrical energy by unplugging unused power outlets, as well as requesting lights be turned off. All in all, I was very happy with my stay. Budget friendly, pleasant staff, everything I was looking for.
