The room was clean, Very peaceful, And staff was great. When I first pulled up, I thought it looked a little shady outside, but it wasn’t. It was a quiet, nice place to stay and great price! I’d recommend it

Unbelievable. I dont even know where to start. When I first went to the front desk for my check in he told me I had to be 21, and since I was 19 he raised my deposit to $100 $160 for 3 nights, ended up paying 260 upfront, that might be a rule they have but i didn't see anything about that, not completely upset about it, more upset and disappointed of everything else, when walking down the hall to my room a very string smell of weed was smelt. The room we got Was not really clean, there was stains on the blankets, and it smelt so bad, I had to go outside a few times because I couldn't handle the smell of the weed. This place is unreal. I have stayed in several different hotels, this is hands down one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. Stained, dirty, mismatched chairs in the room, the night desk clerk was incredibly rude. My key card wasn’t working on the back door, so I came in the front door about 11:00 pm, walked over to the breakfast area to throw trash away, the front desk clerk asked me what he could help with. I said that I’m fine. I came back down a few minutes later to re read a few of the signs there, the clerk emerged from a door and said, “Yes?!?” I just said that I was fine and didn’t need anything, just reading signs. He proceeded to point his finger at me and tell me, “This is your last warning. Do not come to the front desk again, I will call 911.” I have done this at oth

Last night I booked a room online and had the front desk lady try to squeeze a $50 deposit out of me. She had her toddler son behind the desk with her and he was not happy about that. Very unprofessional and she was extremely rude towards a young woman who had been left there by her guy friend telling her to get out . I asked if she was really kicking her into the cold and immediately the front desk gal began screaming at me, threatened to call police and I responded with please do give them a call. Very very unsatisfied with my last 2 experiences with this property. Front desk refused the room to me knowing that it was a nonrefundable no cancelation booking. I will never stay here again.
