Best Western Windsor Suites

We stayed at this hotel a few times before. The rooms are clean, its conveniently located, and the rate is excellent. Last night, after checking in, the toilet wouldn't flush and it overflowed. We called the desk and they said, "we will bring you a plunger, but we aren't fixing it." I called corporate to see if that would do anything and they called the location and responded, "that location is independently owned so there is nothing we can do, and he said he isn't fixing it." It was late so we decided to deal with it in the morning and we went to sleep. I go to the front desk first thing in the morning, they said no other rooms were available, but maybe they could get me one later in the day. They said no one was there that could fix it, but hopefully they could do that later in t

The room was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, which is rare on a big game weekend.|The only thing that needs to change is the pillows. Bring your own, until they replace the older flat ones with newer, thicker ones.

I rented one night from the local desk then added two more online. Was told by the man working yesterday I was good to go, that the lady could stay in the same room for all 3 nights. There must have been a miscommunication between him and the receptionist today because she ended up kicking the lady out as she couldn’t find my online reservation right away. This was particularly troublesome as we have about 9 inches of snow on the ground and the temperature is dropping to 1° tonight and she is on foot. When I tried to call to see what happened she must’ve known my name from the reservation because she wouldn’t pick up after multiple calls. Nice facility and pool. Breakfast was above average. The fitness center was small and disappointing. Machine attachments missing, no dumbbells, one treadmill.
