Customer Reviews
It was ok. The gentleman Sun evening at desk was helpful and friendly. Very professional. Had to pay extra for jacuzzi suite which we were not thrilled about. The AC in room was sporadic and needs an upgrade. King bed was soft enough though pillows were too lumpy /not firm. Bedding is far too warm/heavy. |Dish TV doesn't work right, several channels pixelated. Internet was sporadic and not enough to use streaming, which was frustrating. No pool here. Made to order breakfast good one day but not the next. Low quality food. Would be more cost effective to offer a breakfast bar like most hotels. Staff told us we could not have beverages outside of breakfast, but most hotels don't limit this. For what we paid, they should have allowed it. Also charge for toiletries, unlike other hotels that wi
Clean room, very comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast made-to-order breakfast option was more than I would expect at the price point. Close to West Town mall, quiet despite being near the beltline. I think I got excellent value for my money.
Breakfast was just ok. Would have been better off with a hot food bar. Gluten-free options were available but was afraid to ask. Some staff friendly but not everyone. Air conditioner and heater is in desperate need of repair. No noise from freeway because we were on the other side. Sunday afternoon gentlemen was very helpful and friendly. If you forget something you have to buy it at the store. They don't give extras. Rooms are cleaned everyday whether you like it or not. King beds are soft and pillows are lumpy. You will roast in the bed if you don't turn the air conditioner on. It's in a location near a lot of places to eat and shop.
Due to a furnace breakdown in sub-zero temperatures, we had to quick book a couple of rooms. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful manager. Our rooms were clean, warm, good prices and reasonably quiet. The beds are nice and firm, soft pillows, immaculate bathrooms. Check out was a breeze.
Clean, quiet, great breakfast, very friendly desk staff. My room was completely updated, smelled good (not like stale cigarettes) and very quiet despite window facing Beltline. Showers are hot with great pressure. Everything very clean and quiet. Hot coffee available outside of breakfast hours. 10/10 recommend
