Best Western St. Louis Inn

I had nothing but the best experience here. I booked online through a 3rd party, but when I called and talked to the front desk lady, she was extremely nice and made sure I had a room on the lower level due to mobility issues. I will definitely come back as soon as I can. I was also able to bring my small dog with me, which was even better.

The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a good job. The young male clerk was friendly and helpful but the young woman wasn’t as friendly or helpful and was letting a group of younger men do whatever. The only complaint, if you will was the breakfast. It was posted 6:00 till 9:00. The young woman kept it cleaned and stocked. When the older woman was working it was out of eggs 3 days and only 3 pieces of sausage 2 of those three days and we were there by 8:15. Our last day we were going to get breakfast before departing but I overheard out of eggs by one guest and another saying better get your sausage before she shuts it down. It was 8:30|If you’re going to say hit breakfast included then there should be hot breakfast items.

Location was a little accword to find. I had to turn around. But that is OK. Rooms were clean. Desk lady was very friendly and she was very helpful i was traveling with two seniors. They both enjoyed the room and have told me it was a great hotel.

Had an excellent stay. Minela from the front desk staff was an absolute blessing. Treated us with care and compassion, seemingly knowing without us saying a word that I was ill and going through cancer treatment. We were very well taken care of during our stay. The breakfast was great.

I was here for just over 2 weeks working. The hotel is very clean and the room service is excellent! I need to give a shout out to an amazing Front Desk Agent...Minela Malagic, she made our stay so comfortable❣️
