Best Western Premier Park Hotel

Positive: Very nice hotel, lounge, lobby, and room were all very nice and clean. I will stay here whenever I plan on staying in downtown Madison. I was perfect for a weekend getaway in downtown Madison. Negative: ""

Staying at the Park Hotel was by far the best stay I've ever had. The staff were so welcoming, we felt like family at the end of our stay. Paul, the manager, gave us a great tour with a very enthusiastic history lesson about the hotel and Madison. Krystal, Nelly and Kim at the front desk always took great care and were so friendly. Elliot, a valet, got us to airport with time to spare. Lastly, Alex went the extra mile, helping with our luggage, friendly conversation and he offered great recommendations. I can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful hotel, excellent rooms and service. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and well equipped (wife loved it and their Pharmacopia bath products). We were upgraded to the 8th floor, so I don't know if if all rooms had it, but it was awesome compared with standard hotel traditional soaps, shampoos, and lotions. Felt luxurious... sorry I didn't get more photos of the room. But did get a photo of our view...

Loved that this hotel is right across from the capitol and close to the shopping street—not too far from the university either. The room had carpet, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a spacious bathroom and bedroom area. It was actually better than I expected for a Best Western. The fitness area was nice but it would been better with free weights. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great stay.

We stayed here when in town for a concert at the Orpheum and what a treat it was! Valet service staff were amazing and made check in, and check out quick and easy and fit our needs. Desk staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfy. The hotel is in easy walking proximity to the Orpheum, State St and right there in Capitol Square. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else while in Madison. Thank you!
