Best Western Plus Richmond Indiana I-70

My College Softball team had the pleasure of staying at Best Western over the weekend and we had a wonderful stay! Staff was very helpful with all of the adjustments we needed to make to our schedule. The breakfast was great. And the rooms were perfect!! Highly recommend :) Added note. Hotel is in a great location. everything you could need is within 10min!

Last minute reservation, they were so nice. Front desk was very helpful, I was traveling with pets and they made it so easy. If you happen to lose your cats in the room, they managed to get under the bed and behind the refrigerator!! Once in the room I never heard any of the other pets that were there. Room was clean, far larger than any other Best Western I have ever been at. Even the temperature was good, never needed to change it. And everything was so clean!! Breakfast wasn't anything special, but standard stuff you usually get.

Positive: Friendly, convenient, 24 hr coffee/ tea Negative: King size mattress support was very uneven. Almost seemed like an extra thick topper and was only comfortable when laying in certain places. I was by myself so it was okay but 2 people would not get a good sleep.

I've been traveling quite a bit recently, and I try to only ever stay in Best Westerns. Sometimes I find a hotel that makes me wonder why I stick with the brand. Then I found this hotel that *told* me why. I arrived with my mother - a wheelchair user - after sunset so we could check in for our stay away from the ice storm back home. The front desk agent was kind enough to check us in while I escorted her to the necessary, and soon enough, I had her, our cats, and our luggage in our room. The entire hotel smelled so good. It was wonderfully clean, and I enjoyed the sight of the snow out our windows. I was able to take the cats for walks occasionally to let them see where we were staying, and I was able to get my mother breakfast every day downstairs. All in all, I really enjoyed thi

Great place to stay, very clean all around, quiet and peaceful for a weekend stay. Love that their is a urgent care next door, is convenient with littles just in case. Only complaint is lack of breakfast items for food allergies or sensitivity. Would love to see turkey in at least one of the meat options.
