Stayed here for 7 months on a job assignment. Never had an issue. Hotel is well maintained. Rooms are comfortable and staff is very friendly. Morning girl, Tay is the best. Breakfast is above average compared to other hotel free breakfasts. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m in town.

Drove from RI, and booked this ahead of time for it being right off the highway, and having excellent reviews. We got the double queen bed room and the room was HUGE, even the bathroom. Showerhead adjustable and removable, good amount of towels, room had couch and middle table that could also be a chair, almost seems like two huge dressers, lots of storage space, desk space, hanging closet area, long tall mirror, room divider, mini kitchen set up with microwave good size fridge and freezer, sink with garbage disposal. What was cool was that they provide you a sponge, soap, and dishwasher tabs. Glass cups, coffee mugs, bowls, silverwhere, and even body wash/shampoo/conditioner, I would 100% rebook. When this hotel first opened, I was traveling often to see clients within 50 miles of Richmond Indiana, and I LOVED this hotel. At times I would get into town late Sunday or early Monday and stay all week. I bragged to my mfg. clients how great the hotel was. Staff was professional and hotel was clean. This past month I traveled to Richmond and stayed 4 nights, and I felt like I was in a completely different hotel. The hotel entrance was dirty; there was actually a family moving out of hotel with two dogs and a bird??? My room was not clean as it should have been, TV wasn't working (hotel was NOT full) and the hallway had some kind of stain (dog urine?) throughout. The icemaker on my floor was broken. There was so much water in elevator at times I'm shocked there wasn't a fall. One

Very clean, well-outfitted, quiet, and surprisingly well priced. Stopped here for just one night on a road trip with my dog and it couldn’t have been smoother. The woman working the front desk when I arrived in the middle of the night was kind and helpful. Really excellent breakfast, too!
