Comfort Suites Richmond East

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. You could genuinely feel that they cared about their guests and wanted everyone to feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, well prepared, and a wonderful way to start the day. I especially want to mention the woman who prepared and set up the breakfast. She was exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive, and her warmth made the morning even more enjoyable. It truly made a difference and did not go unnoticed. Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortabl

Fabulous hotel! The room was large & very clean. The King Size bed was nice & comfortable. The pillows weren’t as good, but I’ve had worse. TV, heat control, lights, etc all functional without issue. Lobby very clean. Everyone was super kind. Great place to stay! Plan to stay again.

The Comfort Suites is nicely designed and appointed with great amenities like a wide breakfast selection and comfy outdoor seating with fire pit tables. The rooms are large with a seating area, microwave and refrigerator and comfortable beds with nice bathroom showers too. The staff is helpful and friendly and there are so many nice touches like lemon water by the desk and guest laundry. I have stayed this fall both on a weekend with family and a weekday for work and both were great. My only tiny complaint is that the pool doesn’t open until 9am making it hard to get a morning swim in before Levi g for the day.

This hotel is hands down one of the best of the best that I've been to. I come here atleast 3-4 times a year during my travels from West to East and vice versa. I always look forward to make this place one of my favorite spots when I travel. I was greeted by a new face tonight I never seen before, Steve, he is definitely a very nice and respectful guy. If I can give this place more than 5 stars I would every time.

This was my first time staying at a Choice brand. I was pleasantly surprised not only at how large the room was, but also the layout. Great location, the hotel was very bright & welcoming with a spacious lobby area. I loved the Christmas decorations. Lots of lighting in the room, including a lighted vanity. Along with the other little touches that made my stay very pleasant, like coat hooks, a shelf for keys or charging your cell phone, work desk with lots of outlets, lots of space to put luggage, bench for sitting, fridge, microwaves in the room. The bed was very comfy, and of course, the spacious bathroom. Breakfast was a really good variety of items to choose from. Staff was very friendly, check in/check out process was fast. I would definitely stay at a Choice hotel again.
