Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond

The stay was amazing. When we had walked in, we were immediately greeted by the front desk and given easy directions and free water bottles! When we had gone up to our room, we had no problems with the key and the room was very clean! The AC was easy to control, and plenty of plugs for the walls! They did a great job with the sanitation, cleanliness, and friendliness of the atmosphere!

Positive: The manager that checked us in was wonderful. We will certainly return. Negative: A little pricey for the length of stay.

Nicely renovated, very clean Hampton Inn. Marcus at reception was quite friendly and welcoming after a long drive from New York delayed by a traffic accident on I-70. The beds in our room were comfortable and the room was quiet. A great place to stay.

I had a great experience at the Hampton Inn Richmond. The room was clean and ready at check-in. The digital key I requested was easy to use and worked well. The staff was friendly and greeted me whenever I walked by. The hotel is located close to the Interstate exit so it is convenient to get to. Also, there are restaurants and other facilities nearby.

In this hotel is consistent with Hampton's great quality hotels. The staff was friendly and informative. The hotel was clean throught. It has an accesable washer and dryer for $1.50/ea (quarters) It also has plenty of parking. While the workout area was kind of small, it was very clean. They are the victim of a lot of road construction as of this writing, otherwise it is very accesable from I-70. I would stay here again.
