The parking lot needs work, it's in pretty bad shape. The rooms could use some updating. On the good side the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of choices but it's good. Everyone we met who was working there was very friendly and took care of anything we asked quickly. It's a good place to stay for the money. It's in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

When we arrived, the outside of the hotel was not what we expected, pot holes, unmarked parking, and construction material laying in a pile in the first 2 parking spots. The room was clean and decent. No coffee maker, small bathroom, phone in room doesn't work. Breakfast is horrible, nothing but white under cooked biscuits and gravy, waffle mix, watered down orange juice, few bagels, hard cinnamon rolls, and milk. Tuesday and Thursday, we had no hot water. I went down Thursday and told the front desk, she was polite. The maintenance man was walking through, she told him I had no hot water. He went to check the boilers and checked the bathroom on the first floor, and the water was warm. He said boilers were on. I said we are on the third floor and we have no hot water. Upon arrival, I encountered a little rough road at the entrance, but the front desk guy was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Not only did he fix the bathroom light and TV for me, but he also managed to keep everything in perfect order throughout my stay. When it came time for breakfast, I found the food to be quite delicious. However, there was a bit of a mess at the counter and tables that had not been cleaned between 8 to 9 AM. Despite this minor issue, everything else about my stay was impeccable. I must commend the front desk guy for his exceptional service and dedication to running the hotel smoothly. His attention to detail and willingness to assist guests truly made a positive impression on me. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Horrible, left us without a room .Zero stars. After checking in on Priceline for a pet friendly hotel we secured a room here. We got here and were turned away, they said they longer excepted pets, although their web site as of 8:30 pm on Oct 15 2024 was still showing they were still pet friendly and right on the desk was a sign that stated a $20 fee for pets. Which she promptly removed. Then called her manager who was no help and not on site. But then informed us that all the pet friendly rooms were full and only on the first floor. SO ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY OR NOT?

Our stay from May 30 to June 2nd was not a pleasant one. The parking lot was horrible, the garbage can outside front door was overflowing our entire stay. All ice machines did not work. Not once was our room cleaned or dirty towels replaced, I asked housekeeping for clean ones and was told she didn't have any. I asked at front desk for clean towels and was told to come back later. We requested a few extra pillows for our stay and were told no. The elevator sounded in bad shape and broke down on our first day and still wasn't working when we left. One of the reasons for choosing this place was for the pool only to find out it was closed. I would not recommend staying here. The staff at front desk did not seem to care about this place.
