Best Western Northwest Lodge

Stayed on our way home from the Oregon coast. The room was nice with a lot of amenities and we found it to be roomy and quite. Breakfast was the typical BW breakfast. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked inviting. Staff was kind, caring and professional. I would stay here again. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Air conditioner was quite.

This is one of my favorite hotels around Boise I did my daughter's birthday here in March and it was fantastic they had all the amenities we needed and more the pool and hot tub are 24 hours and staff was more than happy to help with any accommodations that we needed thank you and we most definitely will be staying there again.

I always enjoy staying here, rooms and beds are nice. Front desk people do great. Located close to work and freeway so very nice. Only issue is I was told they had to give out two room keys instead of one. Two means I have to take one out to use at the door, which is not convenient when holding all my bags. One is great when you have a handful and one works through the cover while two do not. Small issue but easy to fix.

Staff are wonderful. Overall clean. Cozy fireplace in lobby. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Good-size bathroom with nice shower and water pressure. 24-hr pool & hot tub. Standard breakfast. Even though by highway and airport, noise was not an issue. Well-stocked lobby "pantry."

Doing a reset, spent a night. There is a dirt lot next to the hotel for semi truck and trailer parking. Rooms were clean and neat. The place is a little dated but they are in the process of updating while I was there. They have a little workout room that offers free weight and a bench with three cardio machines. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy. That’s what I had. Fair price. Overall I had a good stay.
