Best Western Louisville East Inn & Suites

The rooms were immaculately clean with the cleanest carpets I have ever seen in a hotel they look brand new.... breakfast was more than I had expected so much to choose from. And the gentleman at check-in was above and beyond making sure we got everything we needed.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: The room smelt musty (possibly from the air conditioning unit).

Very pleased with the hotel and service. Everything was pretty standard and we enjoyed our stay. They have brand new carpet throughout the hotel! The pool was pretty small, but fine. Very clean and pleasant.

(UPDATE) My reservation was under McCarty is why they didn’t see it under Dickerson. Normally I don’t like to complain, but we checked in and our room smelled heavily of weed as well as the elevator, my husband found this earring he initially thought may have been my nose ring and hair on the floor, which isn’t a super big deal but it makes me question how clean the room truly was, (I’m blonde so definitely was not my hair, could belong to housekeeping unsure) the parking lot was absolutely disgusting (the back mainly, the front was fine. Most of the parking is in the back) from beer cans to lids to trash to bottles. Everywhere. (LET ME NOTE I HAVE ATTACHED A PICTURE OF SAID HAIR AND EARRING TO MY REVIEW) Staff at front desk was friendly and polite though, my only complaint really was

This is an older style motel around the car dealership area in a newer park of town near the freeway. Older style means rooms with the sinks in the room, out in the open, separate from the tub and toilet. We had a much larger room (500) that included an extra space, like a study of sorts with a wood paneled wall. A real bonus. The hickey was one of the beds was like sleeping in a taco, which the check out manager did make a small credit to our two night stay. Yes, we should have said something earlier, but we did enjoy the extra space. Breakfast was good with all the normal items available to start your day.
