Customer Reviews
Got this hotel through Expedia while passing thru for one night. We picked it for the reasonable price and because it had an indoor Hot tub. The facilities were decent, the hotel had definitely been remodeled so things were decent but not very nice if that makes sense. Breakfast was nice, waffles, sausage and gravy and the usual continental. My only complaint would be that our room was clearly not vacuumed at all. By the time I noticed, maybe after 20 min of being in my room, I was too exhausted to complain and seek out another room. Other than that, all things were good. Very friendly front desk. Just shocked that my room clearly wasn’t vacuumed at all.
Clean hotel, nice personnel. Great rate. Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a coffee joint. This location is a lot better than a number of the Best Western Plus locations where we have stayed. When I asked why it is not a "Plus", was told it didn't have a meeting room and a few other minor details. Good to know that "Plus" doesn't necessarily mean better, for future reference.
A nice motel, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The evening front desk lady was very friendly. They also have a good breakfast with alot to choose from. Of course they have cereal and waffles but they also have yogurt, muffins, sausage, biscuits & gravy, and eggs. The indoor heated pool and hot tub was nice, especially since it was snowing and windy. I noticed a couple of ants the first night, the next night some ants got into the ice bucket and woke up to find dozens of ants in a cup that was no where near the ice bucket. No biggie tho, I told the front desk lady when I went to breakfast and she moved me to a different room that was just a few doors down from the room that I was in.
I picked this hotel on my way home as it was priced well and left me a decent drive home. It was basically good with just minor issues of some wear and tear. The room was tidy and I had plenty of room since it was a suite. They have a complimentary breakfast and there were many things available. The fornt desk staff were firendly and helpful. There is a gas station/convenience store next door and a Mexican restaurant across the street. It was easy to get back on the freeway (I 75) so location is good as well. I am glad I stayed here.
Positive: The staff was very accommodating, especially when we asked for adjoining rooms with our friends. They also gave us clean towels and made up the beds every day. Very nice! Negative: There are a lot of homeless people in the area. Not to be mean, but it made me a little nervous as a woman travelling alone.
