Best Western Historical Inn

Rooms were freshly cleaned and the breakfast was really good. It site in a great spot close enough to get to stuff but far enough to bypass all that hassle Some few minor complaints. It theyre more of a me issue. The pillows were too soft. And the shower head too low. Being a tall person , it was annoying to shower. Again all me issues but besides thay the stay was great. We stayed a few nights. Wish it wasnt so cold out, would have loved to use the pool.

The Best Western Historical is a gem of a hotel in Saint Augustine. Great value, but an even greater experience. All staff was welcoming and attentive. The complimentary breakfast with the fresh yogurt machine & toppings and hot coffee was my favorite way to start the day. The kids loved the breakfast options, cereals, bagels & juice. Rooms are modern, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms & toiletries. This hotel is in a nice neighborhood to walk around as well. 5 star staff in a 5 star hotel.

I realize everyone is different and they have their own “review”. I wanted to share mine. It was such a great experience. The staff were so sweet and friendly. The manager was very kind and you could tell the other employees did such a great job due to his leadership. Loved the rooms. Clean! being just a few miles from downtown, made it even better. We definitely will be staying there again. Lynn

Positive: "" Negative: The room next door played music until 2AM. We asked for assistance from the front desk staff who were unable to resolve. The tenants next door took their argument outside which could be heard inside my room. We had to pack our children up and drive home.

Absolutely loved my stay. Rented two rooms, was traveling with family over the holiday. Got two rooms next to each other. The rooms were given to us extremely clean. Breakfast was also very delicious all the days we stayed. Had a wonderful stay!
