Best Western Fort Myers Inn & Suites

Our stay was wonderful!! Jazmin at the front office was exactly who you want representing your hotel!! Very pleasant check in with her! The rest of the staff was also amazing. Location was good, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel. Jazmin will pleasantly greet you with a smile!!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The shower was warm and pressure was good. The front desk staff were personable and polite. Breakfast needs a little help. The selections were fine but the serving temperature was not even close to warm. I had to use the microwave to warm up the served items. Still a good stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights while looking for homes at Babcock Ranch Florida. The staff were all VERY friendly and we found the entire hotel and our room to be very clean. Our room was quite and the bed very comfortable, we both slept well. Water pressure in the shower is excellent. Housekeeping did a great job as well, there were zero issues during our stay. ||The hotel has free parking, free wi fi (which worked very well), free coffee available in the lobby 24hrs a day, iced lemon water as well. Then there is the free breakfast that was quite good. The pool was spotless and very refreshing. For the price point you just cannot beat this hotel. We will be coming back down in a few months and will absolutely stay here again. Thank You Management and Staff for a great stay!

Positive: Staff was friendly, accommodating, available, helpful, they were all exceptional! Have never experienced accommodations cleaned so thoroughly that I would actually walk barefoot on the carpet. Oh, and the coffee available 24 hrs was awesome! Negative: Pool could be heated, even in Florida!

I’ll be honest, I usually scroll right past Best Western's because I’ve always assumed they’re in the "not so nice" category. Functional. Beige. And potentially full of regret. But the Best Western Fort Myers absolutely proved me wrong. The room is squeaky clean, perfectly comfortable, and shockingly quiet even though the hotel was sold out. I slept like a champ… well, almost. The bed was definitely firm, but honestly, that’s my only complaint. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in the best way. Clean, calm, comfy, and refreshingly not what I expected. Consider me officially reformed! I’ll be giving Best Western's a second look from now on.
