Customer Reviews
We stayed here for our excursion out to Channel Islands and we loved the location! It was extremely easy to commute from the hotel as well as walk to multiple restaurants and breweries. There is a park directly across the street that my kids also enjoyed! The room was clean and plenty large enough for our family. Breakfast was very well stocked and delicious! We would stay here again!
What a sweet little place. Classic roadside motel renovated down to its mid-century modern bones inside and out. Would be interested in hearing about the property’s history—we love MCM! Nothing fancy but good attention to detail—mini split a/c, wireless charging, a QR code to tip the housekeeping staff and even a clothes steamer. Clean, unpretentious and simple. A lot of care went into this and it’s well-maintained. Pool and full breakfast. We are rewards members of several chains including Best Western. This one’s a keeper!
Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean. The included breakfast was especially good. I will definitely be staying there anytime I am in Ventura. Negative: No
Came here a couple of weeks ago and loved how clean the place was, the breakfast that comes with your stay was enough to sustain you for the day. More importantly, we left something in our room and I immediately called and they were very proactive into making sure it was there and holding it for me for a couple days before I could come back and retrieve it. Will definitely make this a regular place to stay when we are in Ventura.
This is not how I think of Best Western hotels. I would never look to stay at a Best Western but the reviews were too good to look past. Stayed to visit the national park, proximity to the boat dock was important. Pros: comfortable bed and pillows, clean, felt safe in parking lot, price for the area, proximity. All staff members I encountered were friendly and helpful. Cons: due to the style of hotel, the cars are directly outside your door which can make for a noisy evening and morning. The walls are thin.
