Best Western Airport Inn

Positive: Location was Great! Negative: Staff was rude. My kids were afraid of the man at the front desk. Air conditioner did not work well in the room. There was no AC in the lobby or hallways. They ran out of towels. Card access at back door didn’t work, and had to go in the front door.

Musty smell. beds were not comfy at all. pool room has a crack and was actively leaking, with no caution signs!!! will not stay at this location again.

Is a fine hotel to get a nights rest. Rooms could’ve been cleaner. Seemed clean enough but some stains on the walls and dirt on the carpet. There was a stain on the mattress cover that looked like blood- but was covered by the fitted sheet. Soap/shampoo/conditioner seemed very cheap. No pool or hot tub which was advertised on the booking website- although I had seen this in other reviews so I was not surprised. I also got a notice after booking that the hotel has no elevator so first floor request had to be made at the time of booking. I didn’t require that but seems like something that should be clearly stated on the booking website. Hopefully they are accommodating to guests that were unaware before confirming and paying for a room. Front desk guy was pretty nice. There was also a sheet

Came to town for a concert and our stay was only for 1 night. I thought pricing would be up there since we were coming for a concert, but it was surprisingly cheap. The room was clean, and the staff was so nice! The manager even gave us a ride to and from the concert! The location is very nice too. Close to a lot of places.

No elevator, floors are weak, feeling like they are going to collapse at any moment. Obvious signs of previous water damage that has been mildly patched to say the least. Mattresses are extremely old and worn. Bathroom floor tiles are broken or grout completely gone. If you can’t do stairs you have to request ahead of time for first floor….and that is extra$$$. Price may be good but for just a few more $$ around the corner you can get a lot better quality. Don’t worry, if you cancel or check out they will not refund your money either.
