Best Inn & Suites

I would recommend this place if you don't have a lot of money. Very close to everything shopping and Wells park. Restaurants close to 8 freeway exit. The new manager Rosch is very approachable and understanding very well mannered. The housekeeper Tanya is excellent she goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They are working on the rooms and also the homeless community who trys to hang around the property. They have El Cajon PD come through there at least 2 times a day. They try to keep parking lot clean but alott of the homeless community and people who stay here love to throw there trash everywhere. Pet friendly no one bothers you. Any problem I had in my room they sent Luis to come fix or take care of right away. Got clean towels and clean sheets whenever I asked. There is

Obviously this is not a five star motel. But I was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service with the Indian fellow at the front desk. Rooms were big and actually pretty nice!!! Great price and I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

This hotel should not be in service. This hotel is so run down that it is infested with bed bugs and roaches. The room 209 has a muggy and bad oder smell. Just make you wondering. Who runs this Mickey mouse operation. This hotel is a hazard to your health. I stay there for 1 night, and the next morning, my back is covered with bed bug bites. I do not recommend staying here. This place should be demolished.

This place shouldn't even be aloud to be in business as a hotel. Its a safety hazard. The stair railings are loose there are bugs. The towels are supposed to be white but they are grey black and im pretty sure they don't clean anything in the rooms. The molding on the walls are moldy and broken. There is writing and dirt on the walls the tile in the bathroom are chip, missing pieces, moldy, rotting away. The card readers to get in your room are taped on the doors and some of the doors don't even lock anyone can get in your room if they wanted to. The lady Tanya that works there is supposed to clean the rooms but I haven't seen her clean anything. She also will steal your stuff. They blame the homeless that are around there but its not the homeless that make this hotel a safety hazard its t

I stayed here during a festival, and the hotel was lively but not noisy inside the rooms. The soundproofing is very good. The bar area had great live music in the evenings. The staff were friendly and made check-in and check-out very smooth.
