Bedtime Inn

Customer service here is excellent!! We had trouble with our reservation through expedia but Kimberly and Vanessa were awesome and took very good care of us! They helped to get us a better room at a better rate quickly and with a lot of kindness. Will be back for sure because of them :) Also the motel has recently been redone and looks great, the rooms are nice and clean with all new furnishings and the bed is super comfy. Thank you guys again for your help! 10/10, will be back all summer.

My husband and I checked in on August 6th late afternoon. The first room that we were given had what was barely a full size bed in the room when we open the door it reached of some sort of stench. We went back to the front desk and inform the young lady of the conditions of the first room and she moved us to a second room. The second room had 2 double beds which is what I originally booked. It also smelled horrible. The bedding was not clean. The telephone didn't work. The bathroom floor was dirty. The shower was questionable. My husband killed about 6 flies in the room. During our overnight stay. And in the bathroom there was a pile of sand swept into the corner. I would not recommend this place to anyone who even stopped to lay their head. I had originally made three separate reservations via phone for our group at the beginning of July. I had called down a week prior to just to confirm because two out of three of our group members never received confirmation via Email. When I called they had 2 of 3 of my original reservations. They took all the information over the phone including the debit/credit card number the day of the booking. I asked them to make things right as we needed to have another room due to our party size! The lady refused to make things right and had to pay full price for another room! When we arrived the lady at the check in was very nice! We got to our room and boy it wasn’t what we expected! Our toilet felt as if you were sitting on a rocking chair. No shower curtains! When one of our members called to

Horrible stay. No toilet paper holder, bugs dirty sheets bathroom smells horrible. I had to sweep the room sticky floors. Hot water took 10 minutes to heat up. Huge spider under the dresser and in the bathroom. Staff were nice when I checked in. Guest fighting all night. Upstairs guest stumping on the floors unable to sleep. I recommend you stay at Microtel hotel or somewhere other than bedtime inn. It will be a little more money but it’s worth it. I really had a horrible stay. Please read the reviews they are true.

My experience is a good one. This hotel did some renovations so it looks very nice. The pool is a plus. And I had all to my self the other day. The property manager KImberly and her staff show excellent customer service and made sure that my needs were met. My only mishap was that I had no microwave😐.
