Beach Motel & Suites

Had a nice time here. Location was great and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Family and pet friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Angie was very kind and helpful whenever I needed something. If you’re not looking for anything crazy and just here to enjoy the beach, I would recommend.

The manager Ang is simply amazing person and makes my family feel welcome when we stay there. The rooms are nice and cozy and clean. And they stay on top of anything that goes wrong . We recommend anyone that comes to oob Maine to definitely stay here when on vacation. Definitely 10/10 🤘☮️🤘 Denise & Marvin

This was the worst room I've ever stayed in. It was disgusting and the pictures online weren't from the place I stayed at. It was filthy and cramped. Not how it was described at all. I would not recommend anyone stay there. Gross.

Location was great. 5 minute walk from the beach. Manager was nice other than when we left a day early and didn’t get a refund. Room was horrible bathroom was filthy and toilet was practically unusable because the sink was in the way for your legs. Shower was moldy because it wasn’t made of waterproof materials. Fire alarms had batteries taken out. NOT UP TO CODE. We bought 2 nights for $500 but could only stay one. Beds were awful. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. Always read reviews before buying. This place is NOT handicap accessible and does NOT have handicap parking. However, for a last minute reservation, this location was great. The front desk least was real nice and helpful when I locked myself out of my room after hours. The rooms are real tight and the bathroom is even tighter. If people are mobile enough and don’t care to spend a lot of time in the rooms, this place is great. It’s within five minutes of the beach and allowed my Great Dane and rat terrier
