Beach House Inn & Suites

We love Beach House Inn. Desiree (Manager) is great. She is friendly, courteous & helpful with things going on in the area. Property is always clean. Since the first stay in room 209 Captains Corner we have always returned and rented same room. Room is very clean. Gives you the home away from home coziness. Ocean view & Restaurants all around. Easy walk to the pier and shops. We will always return to Beach House Inn .

This is our second time staying in Room 304 - large room on top floor so good view and close enough to the water to hear the waves. We checked, and would be equally happy with Room 303.||Especially nice is that this is basically a suite, with a large living room that looks out to the water. We love to relax in the ambience, watch the waves and surfers, and then go out several times each day to walk around. For us, the normal size rooms aren't as nice - but we love spoiling ourselves.||Bed has a nice firm mattress, so was very comfortable. Kitchen is not well stocked with nicer plates/etc - we've learned to bring our favorites along with us. The basics are all there, but life is just nicer with the "good stuff" ; )||This was our second stay in the room, and we will doubtless be back

Nice room , Nice View . I got the room on the third floor at the corner. The room was clean and the view was fantastic. Good location, it is very closed to the nice restaurants and pier. ☺️

I booked a reservation for a surprise bday weekend and I received a call the day before from a rude employee Dezra, stating she was canceling my reservation because they overbooked. Now im without a place to stay an my flight is not able to be canceled. I asked to speak to Liz the property manager and was told to call back at 12, I called back at 12 and she was not available. I asked when will she be available? And Rosie said “I don’t know she’ll call you and hung up” this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this type of customer service, and all I wanted to know was why was MY reservation cancelled? Liz then calls me back and said “I am in a Zoom meeting is this important? I said yes it is and she rudely hung up on me. I will NOT tolerate that kind of disrespect and give my money to t

Check in was easy. Staff was very nice. I received a call while we were driving in to let us know our room was ready early. Code access to gates and garage made us feel safe staying here. The room itself was very spacious with two queen beds, a table with chairs and still room to walk around without feeling crowded.
