Bayview Bed & Breakfast

I can not say enough about how wonderful our annual visits to Bay View is. The staff have become like family over the years. Lydia (the owner) has put together a fantastic, hard working, respectful, loving group of support staff that keep Bay View a top notch destination on Mackinac Island. Over the years, Rose & Harold have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, engagements, tears and praises as family do. Wes can mostly be found at the office window & is also part of the welcoming crew as we arrive and depart from the island. We fully and whole heartedly recommend a stay at Bay View when you visit Mackinac Island.

My sister treated me to a girls getaway at this terrific B&B she has loved staying at. The entire staff was so cheerful and delightful. This was the best lodging staff I have ever experienced. The food was sensational, especially all the gluten free options that Rose treated us with. Rose is a true gem as is all who work there...

First time as an adult staying on the island. Absolutely loved everything to do with this B&B. Such a beautifully treasured old house with amazing staff and food. Rosy and all the others treated us like family with the biggest smiles, best service, and truthfully amazing breakfast, cookies, and dessert! My friend and I had a fantastic stay for the weekend!(:

This is such a wonderful place to stay! The beds are so comfortable, the property has beautiful history, and the water views are amazing! Rosie, the manager & chef (breakfast & dessert) is a Gem! We cannot wait to travel back to the Bay View!

We were welcomed with great service & a smile. Location is perfect as it’s just around the corner of town with a beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious- Harold provided wonderful service, fresh baked cookies filled the house around 3pm & to our surprise dessert is served every night from 8-9pm. Cherry dump cake was my favorite. Rooms had great charm. Bike hut right next door super convenient
